The building’s orientation and structure are shaped by the natural rhythm of its environment — from sunrise light in the rooms to shaded communal terraces in the afternoon. Every decision is rooted in the site. The façade plays with texture and transparency: a calm palette of raw concrete, natural wood, and deep-frame glazing. The balance between openness and privacy allows each unit to feel both connected and protected
