Apart Hotel Almaty is a contemporary residential hospitality project located in the southern district of Almaty, near the foothills of the mountains. The building combines the flexibility of short-term living with the comfort of home-like privacy.

The concept was born from a simple question: what if temporary living didn’t feel temporary at all? The architecture invites a sense of stillness, care, and belonging — a space for travelers to feel grounded, not just accommodated

Every decision is rooted in the site. The façade plays with texture and transparency: a calm palette of raw concrete, natural wood, and deep-frame glazing.
